Our founders

Matisse Ventures was co-founded in September 2024 in Lyon by Jeff Messud and Nicolas Saddi — two entrepreneurs with complementary backgrounds and a shared passion for vertical market software.

Together, they have acquired and operated more than 20 construction software companies. They support founders and their teams throughout their growth, drawing on this experience.
